We renovated this first floor office space in this beautiful old building. Scope of work included refinishing all the wood floors, new walls to create single offices, renovated kitchen, all new paint and electrical throughout.
Deck Rebuild - Bradford, NH
We handled all of the D.E.S. shore land permitting with the State of NH for our client. We rebuilt the supporting structure underneath the existing deck with new concrete columns poured. We added 5‘ of deck space on the lakeside with all new Trex decking and new railings.
Remodel- Hopkinton, NH
Kitchen Makeover-Contoocook, NH
Our clients asked us to design and remodel the entire 2nd floor space of their home. We added 4 dormers on the road side and a full dormer along the back of house. The work consisted of a new master bedroom, new master bath, new full bath, new garage bay and new bonus room above the garage.
Refinished flooring, removed L section of cabinets and counter top, new sink and fixtures, new center island, new counter tops, moved and added light fixtures. We were able to sand and paint the existing cabinets to keep the budget down for our client.
